We understand that circumstances change and it may become necessary to cancel your travel plans.  Travel by Trips & Ships Luxury Travel charges a $150 fee per reservation in the event of a cancellation in addition to any supplier charges. Since our agency is only compensated from the tour/hotel/cruise companies that we book once a trip is completed, this fee is to cover our time spent thus far servicing your request.  All service fees are non refundable and non transferable. If you purchased travel insurance, you may be able to add this fee to your claim for potential reimbursement. You will receive a copy of the cancellation receipt to include with your claim documents.
